Founder & Director
Kevin Cassidy
Kevin has been involved in property on an international scale spanning from Ireland, the United Kingdom to China & Australia. He completed an RICS accredited Bachelor of Science degree in Property Investment & Development.

Following this Kevin focused the initial years of his career in Commercial Property Management whereby he managed a diversified property portfolio throughout the UK. Managing these varied assets in some major UK cities gave him vital experience within the property industry.

Kevin then moved into the residential development market, taking up the role of Property Development Manager for one of Northern Irelands leading housing developers. During this role he took a number of projects through the entire development life cycle from start to finish during one of the worst global recessions, which presented numerous challenges for property developers.
Having a great interest in travel and being an Australian Citizen, Kevin spent time in Australia from early 2013. After almost 2 years as a Commercial Property Manager, Kevin co-founded HKC Property Consultants – a commercial property consultancy whereby he focused on sourcing commercial properties to lease and purchase on behalf of clients.
Returning to the UK he founded Fern Property Group with the vision to recreate or repurpose older property and innovatively create new property. The various roles previously held within the residential and commercial sectors has given Kevin vast experience that he is now able to apply to all FPG projects.
